Take the
Elizabethton / US-321 / TN-67 exit off I-26 (Exit 31) towards Elizabethton
(eastbound). Travel 5.9 miles on US-321 into Elizabethton, and the
hospital is on your left (north side of the road).
From Bristol / Bluff City / Piney Flats
From US-11E, take
the US-19E exit. Follow US-19E south for 8.8 miles. You will
then see a Food City store. Turn right onto Broad Street (TN-91) and
follow the four-lane west for 2.5 miles. The hospital is on your right
(north side of the road).
From Roan Mountain / Tiger Valley / Hampton
Take US-19E north towards Elizabethton. Turn
left at Food City / Broad Street (TN-91) and follow the four-lane west for
2.5 miles. The hospital is on your right (north side of the
road).
From Mountain City / Butler
Take TN-67 southwest across the Watauga Lake Bridge.
Follow US-321 / TN-67 westbound for 9.6 miles to Hampton. In Hampton,
turn north on US-321 / US-19E for 5.1 miles. Turn left at Food City /
Broad Street (TN-91) and follow the four-lane west for 2.5 miles.
The hospital is on your right (north side of the road).
From Shady Valley
Take TN-91 southwest for 23
miles to US-19E. Turn left on US-19E and go 0.4 miles. At Food
City / Broad Street (TN -91) turn right and follow the
four-lane west for 2.5 miles. The hospital is on your right
